A gorgeous album where Bizarre Inc blur the lines between the mid to late eighties works of detroit techno icons such as Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson and deep acid territory previously explored a year earlier by Baby Ford on his magnificient 'Fordtrax' album and A Guy Called Gerald on 'Hot Lemonade'. This is most definitely not the sound that Bizarre Inc became known for a couple of years later when they had chart crossover success. Let It Go is the pick of the bunch for me but all the tracks are great and easily stand up with the best of that era. Definitely worth tracking down this album.

This album totally surprised me, I expected to hear something along the lines of "Playing With Knives" or "I'm Gonna Get You" - the tracks that made this group popular. Instead, I was treated to something much better - and totally unexpected.

Brilliant album, a blend of acid house and detroit techno at its finest. It sounds nothing like Bizarre Inc's later stuff, but was rather inspired by the first wave of detroit techno in 1988 - many of these tracks are sampled or inspired by the "Techno - The New Dance Sound Of Detroit" release. Nevertheless, the album was put together with great skill. One can only wonder why Bizarre Inc went mainstream couple years later.

Not to be overlooked! A hidden jewel, 5/5.
