Well well! What a great little album!
To call this 'reggae pop' is a little unfair. It deserves more credibility than that.
There's some really great musicianship on display here and some lovely full length soulful jams such as Amigo and Sticks Man.
Keith Drummond's vocals really shine on this album, helped in no small part by the superb backing and excellent production quality of the recording itself (Mark Lusardi).
Yes, some may find it a little light for their taste and not every tune is a winner, but some of the hooks are irresistible and how can you argue with such a great version of 'A Thin Line...'?
