Originally released on LP in 1972.2 panel inlay with full colour to front and two panel portrait-style black and white photo of David Bowie on reverse. Cover has red RCA band across top with "Stereo" to the right and "MM" underneath the word 'Stereo', reverse flap of J-Card has a white background and no yellow as on earlier editions. Grey cassette with black text print and orange RCA logos printed directly on to the shell.

On inlay:
"This STEREO tape gives monaural reproduction when played on monaural equipment. This tape is mastered to Dolby "B" standards for noise reduction. Decrease treble response when playing on non Dolbyised equipment."
