This is the Green CD version of the album which was the first pressing. The second pressing has a CD which resembles broken glass. There are no discernible differences between the two pressings on the CD jacket or jewel case itself, both have the same bar code and catalog numbers.

Occasionally this version was used for promotional purposes. Promo copies have a hole punched through the bar code located on the rear of the CD. Additionally, promo copies will have the following statement stamped in gold writing on the front of the CD jacket, "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY. NO SALE ALLOWED.
