All tracks on this EP are amazing. PHASER is a 16 minutes Italo influenced Electro masterpiece and it is the legendary ending track from Sven Väth's DJ-Set at Love Family Park 2003 in Hanau, Germany.
But also Parsec is a nice and spacey track and it is a little bit more floor compatible than A1.
Scrapyard on B2 is a short, dark Ambient Track which completed this fantastic EP from Erik Müller & Haddock.
The best work on Viewlexx I think. The "Gravitational Arch Of Io" under the synth tracks!!!!

The latest 12” out of The Hague comes courtesy of Freak Electrique, droppin’ 2 tracks of their 80’s influenced Italo Disco. Plenty of arpeggiators have been programmed, the lo-fi recording has been set and the 80’s porno/sci-fi films have been watched, P.H.A.S.E.R. Is an emotive trip through these filters, with analog strings vying with the synths for melodic superiority, the rhythm holds the groove while the phased synths pan around the speakers with ace effect. Flip for a similar vibe on ‘Parsec’ with its rolling synths and disco rhythm that makes it come across like a missing Giorgio Moroder track, lots of strings and atmosphere, and that classic Viewlexx vibe, check.

<i>P.H.A.S.E.R.</i> is an epical, everlasting piece of ambient music merged with an incredible italo disco feeling. The beatless intro doesn't seem to end, but slowly morphs into an energizing electro track that feels like 1983.
<i>Parsec</i> is some kind of spaced out retro tune. A nice one, too!
<i>Scrapyard</i> is a quite short intro/extro track. Very dramatic!!

All in all a real amazing release, that shows us that Retro and Trance goes together very well...
