I'd like to have this one instead of pure pleasure version: https://www.discogs.com/Freddie-Hubbard-Straight-Life/release/6511041 but because of this is not gatefold, which i don't get it why, i preferred pure pleasure.. not 10/10 happy with the sound, but i've listened org 33rpm red clay, and was not happy, there are some passages with distortion.. i think the best is to get 45 rpm versions :/

Sorry English is not my native language. Wanted to say normally I like ORG music reissues but I preferred Pure Pleasure version of Straight Life because it's gatefold (I like the design and photographs inside) but not hundred percent happy about the sound. Then I say i've bought, another same era Freddie Hubbard album, Red Clay, ORG Music 33rpm version: https://www.discogs.com/Freddie-Hubbard-Red-Clay/release/4865322 and was not fully happy with it, but i've listened ORG Music 45 rpm version of Red Clay which is https://www.discogs.com/Freddie-Hubbard-Red-Clay/release/5874509 and it was the best one. So there's no 45 version of Straight Life. So have not listened Straight Life ORG Music reissue. I hope it's clear now Mr Natural.

dj_hipz, Your use of pronouns obscures which pressing you prefer over which other pressing. There is no 45rpm version listed here at discogs. All the vinyl listed here is LP (meaning 33 1/3 rpm). Who made a 45rpm pressing of this album?
