Looks like I'm not alone in nominating "Negative Space" for DnB album of the year! Certainly sharing that honor with the likes of Hidden Turn's "The Ride LP", Subtle Audio's "A Decade of Breakbeat", Dom's "Last Refuge of a Scoundrel", Naibu's "Corners", and Keeno's "Futurist".

Honestly, Homemade Weapons hasn't impressed me like this since he released his Clarion Call EP back in 2015; the three EPs that followed were somewhat lackluster in my opinion. Luckily this album is nothing of the sort - each tune is memorable and distinctive, resulting in a very well-rounded album with old-school break manipulation for days.

Favourite tracks would have to be "Retina", "Hawkeye" and "Red Herring".
