In August 2011 Juliana Hatfield released 12 demo recordings from her album There's Always Another Girl. The demos actually preceded the album release by a few weeks. The downloads were offered for free (with an optional Paypal donation) via her official website at julianahatfield.com.

"Please understand/be forewarned that some of these demos are unfinished works in progress, especially lyrically," read a disclaimer posted with the tracks.

Track 1 is an outtake unavailable elsewhere.
Tracks 2-12 are early versions of songs released on There's Always Another Girl in 2011.
Tracks 8 and 11 are brief loop sketches that were later developed into longer songs.
Track 9 previously released as "There's Always Another Girl (For Lindsay Lohan)" from the February-June 1999 Downloads. The mix is slightly different here.
Track 10 was previously released as "Bringing You Down Again" from the February-June 1999 Downloads. The mix is slightly different here. The song was released, with different lyrics, as "Stray Kids" on There's Always Another Girl in 2011.
Track 12 is an alternate version of track 7 here and released, with different lyrics, as "Batteries" on There's Always Another Girl in 2011.

There's Always Another Girl Demos included embedded album artwork of Juliana with her dog. This was Juliana's first digital release to include artwork.

There's Always Another Girl Demos remained available on julianahatfield.com from August 2011 to January 2017, when they were permanently deleted and have not been reposted.
