Beginning with a series of somewhat forgettable fields, this short album comes to life in its latter half. 'Ocean Overhead' is an dynamically compressed piece that produces intensely claustrophobic listening experience, relieved beautifully by the following piece 'Spectral Space II'. Whispers play over a short tonal loop and multitudinous static shapes that is a bit lacking in structure, but a pleasure to listen to. It closes with the eerie 'The Silver Star' - a modified recording of some kind of ventilation system, with distant Graham Lambkin-like vocals.

Certainly a different aesthetic from most of his work, and well worth a listen.
