This album contains the live recording of Lend me your underbelly's concert at the Institut für Neue Medien in Frankfurt, and parts of performances in Brighton, Salisbury and Brno. All concerts took place in the first half of 2016. All pieces were fully improvised.

The first seven tracks were recorded on 25 June 2016 at the Institut für Neue Medien in Frankfurt (organized by Phonophon). Track 8 and 9 were part of the Lend me your underbelly gig at the Green Door Store in Brighton, which was organized by Spirit of Gravity (7 April 2016). Track 10 is a recording of the final five minutes of the gig in Salisbury at the British Royal Legion, organized by Eyes+Ears (8 April 2016). Track 11 was recorded at Sklenena Louka in Brno (23 February 2016).

For tracks 1-10 the direct signal going to the interface was recorded (same as which was also send to the PA). Track 11 was recorded at the mixer by the sound engineer, (guitar amp mic + vocal mic).

Mixing was done live on stage as part of the performance. However, the fades at the start and end of track 8, 9 and 10 were added afterwards.
