Notes

The original album version of Messages was due to be used. However, McCluskey objected to this version and wanted to re-record the song. Most copies of the original 10" pressing with the album version were scrapped, but a handful did escape destruction. Some of these were given away as part of a competition for the OMD fan club in 1980.

The original grey two tone labels incorrectly list the producer as Chester Valentino, later editions feature different colored record labels including red, green and a pink/white combination. These labels correctly credit Mike Howlett for the production.
This edition features the red/black label combination.
