Just now listening to the original, 1965 Atlantic/Volt mono version of this amazing album which I bought for a quid (£1.00) in a charity (thrift) shop and it sounds just as fresh and dynamic as it did when I first had it in my distant, teenage years. Any age-related pops and clicks (from the disc, not my bones) can be hardly heard behind the drums, horns and those unique vocals. Keep on rockin' Otis!

Forgetting specific recordings, generally speaking, is this recording preferred in mono or stereo? Or is it more of personal preference?
