Marco Damiani (2) (born in Petosino, Bergamo), as a self-taught painter, has realized the artwork for this album "Storia Di Un Minuto" by Premiata Forneria Marconi in a decisive phase of transition between a starting point and natural mimetic, where the actual reality still holds in some places known to the observer.
The artist is conscious of the need to give free space to a new language, be able to free the colors of soul and mind to be taken immediately, but inappropriately, decipherable. His figures are then cut out from the background and tends to become sign and chromaticism, while the colors are adequate to be representative (in fact, in this work) "impressions" (see the titled of a song in the opera) nuanced and perhaps where there is light, there shines, where the eye of the traditional reader expects a shadow.
