Hybrid is a new piece and features elements from the "Planets & Persona" sessions.

Only Passing is a new piece.

The Experience of Swimming was written in 1979 for the group Japan. This is the first reworking of the track from 2009.

New Found Land was recorded live at The Blue Orange Theatre, Birmingham on the 8th July 2017. The backing tape contains various textures and chimes and, with kind permission, percussion by Kjell Severinsson. The original track can be found on the "Planets & Persona" album available on the Kscope Label.

Spacing of Strands is a live solo improvisation recorded on July 8th 2017 at The Blue Orange Theatre. Primarily, as part of a masterclass, to demonstrate step sequencers with analogue synthesis, it morphed into this piece. Equipment used - Roland System 700 Lab Series synth, CV and Gate controlled by an Arturia Beat Step Pro Sequencer and fed into a Boss RC 505 Loop Station. Korg Volca Keys and bass synths synced together and midi controlled by the Beat Step Pro. Effects used - TC Electronics Flashback stereo delay and Strymon Blue Sky stereo reverb.
