Robag Wruhme als Die Dub Rolle - Lampetee download mp3 flac

Robag Wruhme provides us with the first release from the new Frankfort based label, Movida Records, and it’s a beauty. It’s a slightly different sound from what we’re used to, with more elements of Dub involved. Both tracks are around the 124bpm mark, and aren’t prime time clubbing, but definitely provoke some kind of emotional response with the fantastically arranged chords, and great use of a Greek vocal. The sample, according to an informative review from minimaland.com, is from an ancient Greek song, from which the title originates. Movida also bring in the services of Nick Curly, for the remix on the b-side which has more groove is more appealing for the club environment. All in all, a great start for a new label, and I look forward to hearing more.
