"Boom Operator (2010) is a relatively chilled affair when compared to Robbing Hood's previous album, Bullseye (2008).

The signature foundation shaking bass hasn't budged and you'll still find it sprinkled with humorous, well-chosen samples but with its little easy-listening shimmies, it's somehow taken a step out of the shadows. I suspect this album is also made entirely of 'found sounds' - friendly cat greetings, over-stretched elastic bands and drips from the world's deepest caves.

In summary, an intellectual, up-beat, dub-step-easy-listening fusion album. Best enjoyed wearing your favourite physics teacher style tweed jacket and sporting your dad's pipe stuffed full of skunk."
