A limited edition hardback edition of the book "The ten rules of Rock and Roll" was published by Foruli Publications in June 2010. This special edition of the book is a box set limited to 500 copies and is signed by Robert Forster. It includes a signed offset litho art print and a 10" vinyl EP featuring new recordings by Robert of songs originally recorded by four of the artists discussed in the book.
