This version of "Tree Green Marble" is the replacement vinyl pressed and sent to those who had bought the "Tree Green Marble" and got just Solid Green colored Vinyl instead. People complained and the company re-did the "Tree Green Marble" at no cost to those who bought the Tree Green Deluxe vinyl. It only has White color swirling though, not Yellow and Red. The replacement "Tree Green Marble" Deluxe Vinyl was sent out sealed in the Generic Black and White Sleeves only to those who bought the original "Tree Green Marble Deluxe Vinyl" from Perry's website store. The Tree Green Marble is the most coveted Deluxe Edition Vinyl, because of the "Solid Green" Deluxe vinyl and the "Replacement Green Marble" vinyl as a "Two For One". Mistakes are always coveted by vinyl collectors and the Solid Green was a definite Mistake.

Also, no sealed Deluxe vinyl was opened so that Perry could sign the sleeve and no opened copies were re-sealed in Generic Sleeves. There were extra sleeves made for Perry to sign, and the sleeves were then placed in with bundles at Second City Printing before shipping to customers. Only the replacement "Tree Green Marble Deluxe Vinyl" that was sent to customers who bought the original "Tree Green Marble" from Steve's Website store, Second City Printing, was sent in the Black and White Generic Sleeves.
