1st pressing, white vinyl version.
As far as I know 500 white and 500 black copies were made.

Came with an insert showing the rear photo from the »Gravest Hits« Album, saying »recorded during 1980 word tour« and »this’s a limited edition [500 (stamped)]. your copy is n. [varying number (stamped)]«. My copy is number [193].

Cover is a plain sleeve with hand-screened Cramps Logo (»dancing« letters) and live e.p. (written in black letter font).
Labels are white, but something seems to be written on the back, so you can see the shadow of a writing. Supposedly labels were pasted to the vinyl flip side to top.
