Second masterpiece released by the prime Crystal Method right there. When I see the criminally low marks and all the negative comments on other websites, it distresses me a lot since it really is a speakers blaster, as well as a pure EARGASM.

Yes, I prefer "Tweekend" over "Vegas" a bit, and I assume this. The consistency is unreal and both rock & funky infusions in this breakbeat box... man, I can't be better than that.

For years, Scott & Ken have succeed to change the atmosphere in their different releases while maintaining their unimitable touch.
Consequently, "Tweekend" may not have the extraterrestrial sounds of "Cherry Twist", "Trip Like I Do" and "Vapor Trail", but big beat remained.

Give it a chance. Do not focus only on "Name Of The Game". "Blowout", "Over The Line", "Ten Miles Back" and "Ready For Action" are true Crystal Method.
Electronic music has changed a lot now, and it seems more and more evident that productions from the late 90s/early 00s were INSANELY AWESOME.

As far I am concerned, I always have a smile of satisfaction when I see this gem standing close to "Vegas", "Community Service" and "Legion Of Boom".
