Supposedly, this album is written from the point of view of a lesbian (although only one song is actually about lesbians). In an interview, when asked if the brother's Dennis and Jimmy were actually gay, they replied "Only with eachother." After hearing this album, it is quite difficult to say the brother's actually orientation, not that I particuarly care or mind, but I am inclined to think it is just an act for the sake of upsetting "the squares."

So, if one in easily offended or sickened by explicit prose about homoerotic relations, then certainly forget this album. That aside however, this is perhaps their most brilliant work that I have heard. (Mind you I am not particularly familar with "Death Songs", "Frogs" or "Racially Yours"). The lyrics are just down right hysterical in some parts and the LoFi musical accompaniment infectious. Many of the songs are quite "tender" in a perverted sort of way (such as "Been A Month Since I Had A Man" and "I Don't Care It U Disrespect Me (Just So You Love Me)") while others are just plain dirty and twisted, "Baby Greaser George" being the worst of these is just plain awful in its chosen subject matter.

It is a shame that the Frogs' output has slowed in recent years, but I suppose no one came keep something like this up forever, considering they started in the early 1980s.
