Be aware that the "Complete" score on disc 2 is actually a rip of the isolated score that appeared on the DVD release! Poor edits and fade outs!
That was the point, to hear the way it was edited for the film. I for one, as a filmmaker myself, found it fascinating. It's surprising the awkward edits you can get away with in music for a film. In my work I try to avoid such awkward edits but, on occasion, I've done them when the rest of the soundtrack covers them up effectively enough. ;)
