Mustalainen was composed by Elemér Szentirmay, published in Hungary 1875. After the second world war Szentirmay got his rights to Mustalainen which earlier were thought to be a Hungarian folk melody. In 1913 the Finnish composer Oskar Merikanto made an arrangement for piano; Mustalainen, Op.22 No.1.

Tonerna, is a poem by Erik Gustaf Geijer from 1829. As a song it's most known in Carl Leopold Sjöberg's version, but is also composed by the author himself, and has been in many Swedish films. Composed by Sjöberg in 1901; Allegro moderato b-minor.
