Not all copies have the flaw. I have no skipping or repeated skip issue with my copy.

Mine skips too. It is a shame, but still a great release.

My copy has the same problem with the skipping. When i first got it i thought it was a locked groove but when i got up off the lounge and saw how much time was left to play i just mixed in something else and bought it back in. Bit of a shame really, it spoiled an otherwise fine release. The synthetic mix is their usual dark techy affair, while the flip side the finger has some excellent sounds used that will surely pack the dance floor and then when the excellent Posford vocal wizardry is employed yet again it's take off time. When this one came out i played it every weekend for the next two years! Awesome

There seems to be a problem with the vinyl pressing, halfway through the Synthetic remix of "Even Dwarves Start Small" the needle keeps skipping back one measure. Over and over again, it has done this on every turntable I have played it on. It's a shame because it is a great track, almost as good as the original in my opinon.

If you're familiar with twisted records you will know that they like to fool us by changing the playing direction of the records. Tristans "the inside out" starts at the label and plays towards the outside of the record. This record puzzeled me also for a few moments till i found out that the first track plays from the middle between label and outer rim towards the outside, the other track from the middle between label and outer rim towards the label. Twisted pranksters...

This otherwise great vinyl release from "A flock of bleeps" is in my opinion marred by the rather poor quality of the "Alternative" mix of "Even dwarves start small". Why didn't they just include the original? The Synthetic remix will probably have appeal to the more dark and techy psy floors.
