Reportedly a 1953 recording made by two CBS Recording Engineers - Hamilton O' Hara and Don Foster. (Dorothy Harrington married O'Hara in 1951.) Probably manufactured for use in juke-boxes, so that people fed up of having to shout above the sound of music in their local bar could pay to put it on and get a brief respite.
