Deep dark driving Techno / Acid with soul, you can feel the emotion in this release.
Take your pick on the mixes, but for me its all about the "Buleprint Mix" with its deep dark futuristic cords.
Track was way ahead of its time and still sounds futuristic today.

While the Eurosync and Blueprint versions of Electron are classics no matter from what angle you look, and hopefully I don't have to waste time explaining why, I got interested in this one mainly because of the inclusion of the Speedy J remix, as this is one of his first remixing tasks ever, and to my knowledge, remains to this day limited to this 12".
Jochem does everything you'd expect from him circa 1992; a glorious nine minute dip in beautiful melody driven techno, with subtler acid bleeps. For those who like the original due its heavy use of acid, you might be in for a surprise here, as Speedy J carefully teases the listener, building up tension and doesn't unleash the lead until 05:30! From then on, it's a full blown trip on the wings of melodic acid and Speedy J's back then trademark wonderful blend of many styles within one track.
While in my opinion not as strong as the original, Speedy J delivers what you'd expect from him during the early days when he was on Warp. Personally, I'd highly recommend this if you've dug his "Evolution EP" or his debut album "Ginger". This is a carefully patched together collage of early trance/techno with occasional use of acid. Not the best he's ever done, yet remains worth your time.
